There are so many mixed messages out there regarding the best diet, the most effective forms of exercise, the best way to lose weight, proper spiritual practice, the best way to be spending our time, on and on and on. But, the truth is wellness is a journey and there is no path that is right for everyone.

As an Integrative Nutrition & Healthy Lifestyle Coach, I am here to help you improve your health and overall well-being by providing you with ongoing support, motivation and guidance as you start to heal from the inside out. I believe in eating for body & mind,  and I want to help you to rediscover life in balance.

I went through a Spring Detox program with Kristina. I learned a bunch of interesting facts about healthy foods and nutrition, lost about 4kg in 10 days simply adjusting my diet (but not being hungry).
